Commitment Increase Expiration Date definition

Commitment Increase Expiration Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the day that is the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day), or (b) the last day of the Availability Period for the Revolving Credit Facility.
