Commissions Payable definition

Commissions Payable means commissions payable as of the Closing Date to sub-agents with respect to policies written under the General Agency Agreement.
Commissions Payable shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(d)(ii). "Commitment" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(b).
Commissions Payable for purposes of Sections 2.5(b), 2.8 and 10.3(e), as of any given date, the aggregate sales agents' commissions and commission bonuses payable by R-ONE (net of any related allowance) in connection with the real estate transactions reflected in Commissions Receivable.
