Commissioner of Management and Budget definition

Commissioner of Management and Budget means the State of Minnesota acting through its Commissioner of Management and Budget, and any designated representatives thereof.

  • Therefore, the State of Minnesota, by and through its Commissioner of Management and Budget, is and shall be a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

  • The repayment requirements may, under special circumstances, be waived by the Employer, the Commissioner of Management and Budget.

  • Such personnel or other persons shall not require nor be entitled to any compensation, rights or benefits of any kind whatsoever from either the State Entity, the Commissioner of Management and Budget, or the State of Minnesota including, but not limited to, tenure rights, medical and hospital care, sick and vacation leave, disability benefits, severance pay and retirement benefits.

  • In addition, no delay on the part of either the Grant Recipient, the State Entity, or the Commissioner of Management and Budget, as a third party beneficiary of this Agreement, in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
