Commercialisation Activities definition

Commercialisation Activities has the meaning given to it in the Act.
Commercialisation Activities means product stewardship, product and consumer testing, the application for, obtaining and other activities required in relation to Approvals, manufacture for sale, brand marketing, trade marketing, distribution, import, export, supply, offer for sale, sale, provision of product support and other commercialisation activities in relation to Future Cannabis Products, including arranging for any of these activities to be carried out by a Group Company or other permitted Representative; "Commercially Reasonable Efforts" of a Party (or a Party's Group Companies) shall mean such efforts as a reasonable and prudent party, acting properly in its own commercial interest and applying its mind to its contractual obligations, would take to attempt to fulfil an obligation, but shall not include any obligation on that Party (or a Party's Group Companies) to pay cash or other value to a third party, to incur incremental costs or to take any such steps which may be commercially detrimental to that Party (or a Party's Group Companies), in any way;
Commercialisation Activities in relation to a Ore Stockpile 17 means such works and activities as may be reasonably 18 necessary for the Joint Venturers to carry out to achieve the 19 sale of the iron ore to an arm's length purchaser at the time the 20 relevant iron ore crosses the boundary of the mining tenement 21 or tenements upon which its source stockpile is situated (or 22 such other boundary of a mining tenement held by the Joint 23 Venturers as the Minister may approve) including: 24 (a) crushing, screening, beneficiation or other 25 processing works and activities;

Related to Commercialisation Activities

  • Commercialisation means any and all activities directed to the preparation for sale of, offering for sale of, or sale of a product, including activities related to marketing, promoting, distributing, importing and exporting such product. When used as a verb, “to Commercialise” and “Commercialising” means to engage in Commercialization, and “Commercialised” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Commercialization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Adapt or its Affiliates directly attributable to, or reasonably allocable to, the Commercialization of a Product. Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.
