Commercialisation definition

Commercialisation means any and all activities directed to the preparation for sale of, offering for sale of, or sale of a product, including activities related to marketing, promoting, distributing, importing and exporting such product. When used as a verb, “to Commercialise” and “Commercialising” means to engage in Commercialization, and “Commercialised” has a corresponding meaning.
Commercialisation means use of goods seeking to obtain gain.
Commercialisation. “Commercialising”, or “Commercialise” - all activities relating to manufacturing, importing, exporting, advertising, promoting and other marketing, pricing and reimbursement, detailing, distributing, storing, handling, packaging, offering for sale and selling, customer service and support, post-marketing authorisation Clinical Studies, and regulatory activities of a Product.

Commercialisation means the following activities in relation to biological and genetic resources -
