Commercial Usage Fee definition
Commercial Usage Fee means the product of (x) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Eligible Collateral Balance (Commercial) and the denominator of which is the Eligible Collateral Balance, (y) the Note Principal Balance and (z) the Usage Fee Rate applicable to Commercial Lease Agreements.
