Commercial Supply definition

Commercial Supply means a supply that is a commercial supply in accordance with section 14;
Commercial Supply means the supply of Licensed Product for Commercialization in the Territory.
Commercial Supply has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

Commercial Supply means Licensed Product in final form, packaged, labelled and ready to market (Drug Product) for purposes of Commercializing Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory.
