Commercial Sample definition

Commercial Sample means the commercial sample [***] manufactured using the Contract Process meeting the reliability criteria of mass production level to be mutually agreed hereunder for such Commercial Sample, which details are set forth in Exhibit 1.4 attached hereto.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Phase III Clinical Trials means a Clinical Trial for the Product on sufficient numbers of patients to generate safety and efficacy data to support Regulatory Approval in the proposed therapeutic indication, conducted in accordance with current good clinical practices and in accordance with a protocol that has been reviewed by the FDA and reflects any comments or concerns raised by the same.
