Commercial Recycling definition

Commercial Recycling means the use of land, buildings or structures for receiving, storing, sorting, compacting and transferring recyclable materials that originate from commercial, institutional, demolition or construction sources, but not from household residential sources.
Commercial Recycling means the recycling of recyclables generated at commercial premises and buyback centers.
Commercial Recycling means the collection, processing, and marketing of those Recyclable Materials that are collected from Commercial Customers under this Franchise.

Examples of Commercial Recycling in a sentence

  • The County shall, at all times hold title and ownership to all Commercial and Residential Solid Waste, Vegetative Waste ,Trash, Recyclable Material (with the exception of Recyclables from Commercial Recycling Collection Service), and all other waste collected by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement and the Contractor shall have no right to take, keep, process, alter, remove or otherwise dispose of any such materials without specific written authorization from the Contract Administrator.

  • The Contractor shall offer Commercial Recycling Collection Service to all commercial Customers requesting such service for service fees negotiated between the Contractor and Commercial Customer.

  • The Contractor shall provide Commercial Recycling Collection Services for all Recyclable Materials that are accepted and processed at the Lee County Recycling Facility.
