Commercial Production Date definition

Commercial Production Date means the date on which the aggregate production capacity of Party B Coking Facilities reaches not less than 130,000 metric tons of Coal Tar per year as a result of Party B Phase II Coking Facilities commencing commercial production.
Commercial Production Date means the start date of transport of coal from the Benga mine to the designated stock yard at the Beira port, as communicated.

Commercial Production Date means the date on which the rate of mining and milling of ore exceeds 25 percent of maximum budgeted continuous throughput;
