Sandoz hereby grants Anacor, effective upon such termination, a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license, with the right to grant multiple tiers of sublicenses, to use the Sandoz Commercial Know-How solely in connection with the Commercialization of the Product.
EPI Health hereby grants MC2, effective upon such termination, a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license, with the right to grant multiple tiers of sublicenses, to use the EPI Health Commercial Know-How for all purposes in connection with the Product in the Territory.
