Commercial Filming definition

Commercial Filming means permitted filming activity that is conducted within the municipality in a manner set out by an approved the Filming Permit;
Commercial Filming means a Production intended to generate revenue or promote a for-profit product or service.
Commercial Filming means recording images by film, video, digital or other technology to broadcast or publicly exhibit for commercial purposes, but does not include photography.

Commercial Filming means filming activities intended to generate revenue, or those which may involve promoting a product, a service, an organization, a brand, an event or, in some cases, a person. When in question, the commercial nature of a Film Project will be determined at the discretion of the Film Liaison or designate.
