Commercial Equipment definition

Commercial Equipment means the equipment listed on Annex 1 which is required for the manufacture of Commercial Components.
Commercial Equipment means all machinery and equipment necessary for the Manufacture of commercial supplies of the Drug Product as set forth in Exhibit B.
