Commercial Discount definition

Commercial Discount means, in relation to any Sold Receivable, any decrease in the face value of such receivable resulting from the granting of a discount for prompt payment, for quantity or as fidelity premium.
Commercial Discount means in relation to any Transferred Receivable, any decrease in the face value of such receivable resulting from the granting of any rebate or any discount for prompt payment, for quantity or as fidelity premium.
