Commercial aircraft operator definition
Commercial aircraft operator means an operator that, for remuneration, provides scheduled or non-scheduled air transport services to the public for the carriage of passengers, freight or mail;
Commercial aircraft operator means any person engaged in the carriage in air commerce of persons or property for compensation or hire including but not limited to any person who operations are governed by Parts 121 or 135 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 14, Chapter I, Subchapter G, promulgated by the United States Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation, as in effect on the effective date of this chapter, and as amended, supplemented, and replaced from time to time.
Commercial aircraft operator means any Person engaged in the carriage in air commerce of Persons or property at the Airport principally for compensation or hire, including but not limited to any Person whose operations are governed by Parts 121 or 135 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 14, Chapter I, Subchapter G, promulgated by the United States Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation, as in effect on the effective date of this Ordinance, and as amended, supplemented, and replaced from time to time.
