Commercial definition

Commercial means profit-seeking production, buying, or selling of any good, service, or other product.
Commercial means any use of land, structures or buildings for the purposes of buying or selling commodities and services, but does not include industrial or agricultural uses, but does include hotels, motels, motor inns and boarding, lodging and rooming houses;
Commercial facility shall mean any structure or combination of structures at which any business, trade, occupation, profession, or other commercial activity is conducted. A business conducted within a member’s residence or property that does not require water in addition to that provided to the member’s residence shall not be considered a separate commercial facility.
