Comfort Letter has the meaning given to that term in subsection 6.1(k)(i) hereto;

Comfort Letter has the meaning given thereto in Section 8(p) hereof;

The requirement to cause to be furnished a Comfort Letter pursuant to this Section 7(n) shall be waived for any Representation Date occurring at a time at which no Placement Notice is pending and the Company does not expect to deliver a Placement Notice during the period following the appliable Representation Date.
