Comfort Letter definition

Comfort Letter has the meaning given to that term in subsection 6.1(k)(i) hereto;
Comfort Letter has the meaning given thereto in Section 8(p) hereof;
Comfort Letter has the meaning specified in Section 3 hereof.

  • The requirement to cause to be furnished a Comfort Letter pursuant to this Section 7(n) shall be waived for any Representation Date occurring at a time at which no Placement Notice is pending and the Company does not expect to deliver a Placement Notice during the period following the appliable Representation Date.

More Definitions of Comfort Letter

Comfort Letter means the letter dated 20 March 2007 from the Project Sponsor to the Borrower;
