Combined pension plan means any pension
Combined pension plan means any pension plan created pursuant to this article before September 1, 2017.
Combined pension plan means any qualified pension plan created pursuant to Article 6243a-1 or any successor statute thereto.

Related to Combined pension plan

  • Unfunded Pension Liability means the excess of a Pension Plan’s benefit liabilities under Section 4001(a)(16) of ERISA, over the current value of that Pension Plan’s assets, determined in accordance with the assumptions used for funding the Pension Plan pursuant to Section 412 of the Code for the applicable plan year.

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.
