Combined Charges Agreement definition

Combined Charges Agreement means that certain letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among us, you, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Associates, Inc., Diva Acquisition Corp., Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Retail, Inc., Stevies, Inc. and SML Acquisition Corp, aggregating (i) the minimum aggregate Base Commission payable and (ii) the maximum outstanding advances and undrawn letters of credit available, under this Agreement and each of those certain other Collection Agency Agreements between us and such other parties.
