  • Com Tech agrees to pay WorldPort all amounts due under the Note as follows: (a) on or before April 14, 1997, Com Tech shall pay WorldPort the sum of $27,805.56, which represents accrued interest through December 31, 1996; and (b) on or before May 1, 1997, Com Tech shall pay WorldPort the sum of $171,666.67, which represents $150,000 of principal and $21,667.67 accrued interest through such date.
