Colorado River Aqueduct definition

Colorado River Aqueduct means the aqueduct system owned and operated by MWD and transporting water from Lake Havasu on the Colorado River to Lake Mathews in Riverside County, California. MWD shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the delivery of Colorado River Water to CVWD and to DWA.
