Tenant shall give notice to Landlord each time Tenant enters into any such Co-locator sublease.
Cox hereby grants to Colocator a license to use and occupy certain limited space within the Facility as shown on form Exhibit A attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein (“Equipment Space”).
If Cox must engage in unscheduled maintenance work or has an unplanned power outage, Cox shall use commercially reasonable efforts given the circumstances to provide Colocator with notice of the maintenance or outage.

Colocator assumes all risk of loss to Colocator Equipment unless such loss is due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Cox.
Co-locator will not be required to pay Cyberluck for any testing if the testing request arises from transmission problem and such problem is attributable to a failure in any equipment or system component between the multiplexing/transmission equipment in the Co-location Center and leads to major disturbance in the co-locator activities.
Specifically, unless specifically authorized in writing by Cox prior to the installation of its Equipment, Colocator shall not “drill holes” or attach its Equipment to the Equipment Space’s floor, walls, or ceiling.
If Colocator fails to remove any Equipment, property, or other items within thirty (30) days after discontinuance of use or upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Cox may perform the removal and shall charge Colocator for any materials used in any such removal, and the time spent on such removal.
