College Programs definition

College Programs as used in this article is defined as courses that are part of an accredited course of study leading to a college degree whose satisfactory completion provides college credit. Course time frame of a college program covers a continuous period such as a semester or quarter rather than a seminar format and must be related to a Registered Nurse’s present position or be in preparation for related career opportunities within the Facility.

Examples of College Programs in a sentence

  • Prospective dual credit instructors are subject to review & approval by the departmental chairperson or program coordinator and the ▇▇▇▇ of Dual Credit & Early College Programs, who will make arrangements for personnel to teach at high schools including regular adjunct faculty or public-school teachers.

  • An interview with their department chairperson or program coordinator will be scheduled by the ▇▇▇▇ of Dual Credit & Early College Programs, if needed.
