College Human Resources System definition

College Human Resources System means the human resources system for College employees as provided for herein.

  • The College shall provide each of its salaried nonfaculty College employees who was in the employment of the College as of the day prior to the Effective Date of the College’s initial Management Agreement with the Commonwealth at least 90 days after the date on which the College Human Resources System becomes effective for that College employee’s classification of employees to make the election required by the prior paragraph.

  • The College will regularly communicate the details of new proposals to all employees who are eligible to participate in the College Human Resources System through written communication, open meetings, and website postings as appropriate, so that employees will have full information that will help them evaluate the merits of the new human resource system compared to the then-current State human resource system.

  • If such a salaried nonfaculty College employee does not make an election by the end of that specified election period, that College employee shall be deemed not to have elected to participate in the College Human Resources System.

  • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.

  • School health services means health services provided by a qualified school nurse or other qualified person that are designed to enable a child with a disability to receive FAPE as described in the child’s IEP.

  • College President means the chief executive officer of the college appointed by the board of trustees.

  • Police officer means every officer authorized to direct or regulate traffic, or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.

  • Pharmacy benefits management means the administration or management of prescription drug
