College Contract definition

College Contract means all Contracts entered into by the College, including Public Contracts subject to the Public Contracting Code and Divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and all other Contracts or agreements entered into by the College. For the purpose of these Public Contracting Rules, "College Contract" does not include settlements of lawsuits or other claims against the College or the purchase, conveyance, acceptance, sale, or lease of real property or an interest in real property.
