Collective Benefits definition
Collective Benefits means Collective Benefits Ltd, our wholly owned subsidiary, a company incorporated in the UK under company number 12340959 whose registered office is at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Second Floor, C/O FKgb, London, NW3 4QG and whose directors are Club Officers;
Collective Benefits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(d).
Examples of Collective Benefits in a sentence
Administrator” means the administrator of a Club, appointed by Collective Benefits to administer membership, arrange Benefits, collect fees and provide customer services to the Club.
There are no Employees entitled to any other individual benefits or collective benefits other than the Individual Benefits and Collective Benefits and (i) each and all of such Individual Benefits and Collective Benefits has been duly paid and/or fulfilled by the relevant Acquired Company and (ii) there is no obligation, by law or otherwise, for any of the Acquired Companies to increase the Individual Benefits or the Collective Benefits.
