Collection Vehicle definition

Collection Vehicle means any vehicle, truck, container, box, trailer, roll-off, or other device used for the collection, transportation or delivery of solid waste or recyclable materials.

Collection Vehicle means any vehicle used to collect or transport solid waste.

Collection Vehicle means a motor vehicle (including packer body) designed and intended for use, and which is used as the case may be, for Collection.

Collection Vehicle means motor vehicle upon which an enclosed refuse compaction unit, dump bed, roll—off container bed or open bed has been permanently or temporarily affixed and used to collect and transport solid waste, construction and demolition waste, yard waste or other waste for disposal.
