Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount definition

Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount means, for any Collateral Vessel for any Payment Date, the amount equal to:
Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount appearing in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is amended by (x) deleting the “provided further” clause added by the Third Amendment in its entirety and (y) adding the following sentence at the end thereof: “Notwithstanding the foregoing (x) the Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount for each Payment Date for each Collateral Vessel owned by the Borrower or by a Subsidiary Guarantor on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is set forth on Schedule VIII as in effect after giving effect thereto (as such amount may be adjusted to give effect to subsequent prepayments) and (y) with respect to each Collateral Vessel delivered after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, the Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount for each Exhibit 4.51 Payment Date occurring on or before the 27th month following the Vessel Acquisition Borrowing Date for such Collateral Vessel shall be zero.”.
Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount appearing in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following text at the end of such definition: “and, provided, further, that the Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount payable in respect of the Loans in connection with the SBI Behike, SBI Monterrey, SBI Reggae, SBI Rock and SBI Sousta on each Payment Date prior to the June 30, 2017 Payment Date shall be zero.”.

Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount means, for any Collateral Vessel for any Payment Date, the amount equal to the Attributable Loan Amount for such Collateral Vessel on the Vessel Acquisition Borrowing Date for such Collateral Vessel divided by the product of (i) 15 minus a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days between the date of delivery of such Collateral Vessel by the builder thereof and the Borrowing Date for such Collateral Vessel and the denominator of which is 365 and (ii) four; provided that, for the first Payment Date to occur after the Vessel Acquisition Borrowing Date for such Collateral Vessel, the Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount for such Collateral Vessel on such Payment Date shall be reduced by the product of (x) the Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount for such Collateral Vessel for such Payment Date and (y) a fraction (determined with and giving effect to this proviso) the numerator of which is the number of days between the first day of the calendar quarter in which such Vessel Acquisition Borrowing Date occurs and the Vessel Acquisition Borrowing Date for such Collateral Vessel and the denominator of which is the number of days in such calendar quarter.
Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount means, for each Primary Collateral Vessel for any Payment Date, the amount set forth on Schedule XIV opposite each such Primary Collateral Vessel under the column titled “Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount”, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 4.02(g).

Related to Collateral Vessel Amortization Amount

  • Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.

  • Consolidated Amortization Expense means, for any period, the amortization expense of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • REO Principal Amortization With respect to any REO Property, for any calendar month, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate of all amounts received in respect of such REO Property during such calendar month, whether in the form of rental income, sale proceeds (including, without limitation, that portion of the Termination Price paid in connection with a purchase of all of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties pursuant to Section 9.01 that is allocable to such REO Property) or otherwise, net of any portion of such amounts (i) payable pursuant to Section 3.23(c) in respect of the proper operation, management and maintenance of such REO Property or (ii) payable or reimbursable to the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.23(d) for unpaid Servicing Fees in respect of the related Mortgage Loan and unreimbursed Servicing Advances and P&I Advances in respect of such REO Property or the related Mortgage Loan, over (b) the REO Imputed Interest in respect of such REO Property for such calendar month.

  • Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Collateral Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(c).

  • Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Collateral Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan, and (y) the sum of:

  • Prepayment Interest Excess Amount With respect to any Principal Prepayment in full which is applied to the related Mortgage Loan from the first day of the month of any Remittance Date through the sixteenth day of the month of such Remittance Date, all amounts paid in respect of interest on such Principal Prepayment in full. A Prepayment Interest Excess Amount cannot result from a Principal Prepayment in part, but only from a Principal Prepayment in full.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.
