Collateral Securities Account means the investment account numbered 394987 opened by Borrower with Banc of America Securities LLC, in the name of “Bank of America, N.A., as Agent f/b/o Certain Lenders, and as Pledgee of Perini Corporation” and any other account(s) opened in addition thereto or as a replacement therefor to hold all or any portion of the securities listed on Annex I to Schedule 2.01.2 as of the Amendment Effective Date.

Related to Collateral Securities Account

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Collateral Security means security, other than a security interest in a motor vehicle that is the subject of an installment sale contract, that is given to secure performance of an obligation of the buyer, or of any surety or guarantor for the buyer, under an installment sale contract.
