Collateral Securities definition

Collateral Securities means intermediated securities delivered under a collateral agreement;
Collateral Securities means, at any time, the Purchased Securities together with all Margin Securities which have been transferred to the Issuer under the Repurchase Agreement and in respect of which Equivalent Margin Securities have not been transferred to the Repo Counterparty.
Collateral Securities means all present and future Shares and any other securities or other assets, property or entitlements from time to time recorded in or standing to the credit of the Custody Account (including any Related Rights);

  • Upon the acceptance of any appointment as Collateral Agent hereunder by a successor Collateral Agent, such successor Collateral Agent shall thereupon succeed to and become vested with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties of the retiring Collateral Agent, and the retiring Collateral Agent shall take all appropriate action to transfer any money and property held by it hereunder (including the Pledged Collateral Securities) to such successor Collateral Agent.
