Collateral Schedule and Exception Report means a list of the Eligible Loans delivered by the Custodian to the Lender, reflecting the Collateral held by the Custodian for the benefit of the Lender, which includes codes indicating any Exceptions with respect to each Eligible Loan listed thereon. Each Collateral Schedule and Exception Report shall set forth (a) the Eligible Loans being pledged to the Lender on any applicable Funding Date as well as any other Collateral previously pledged to the Lender and held by Custodian hereunder, (b) any Collateral that has been released to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof and the date such Collateral has been released and (c) all Exceptions with respect thereto, with any updates thereto from the time last delivered.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Section 404 Report means management’s report on “internal control over financial reporting” as defined by the SEC and the related attestation report of the independent certified public accountant as described in Section 3(A)(1).

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Collateral Questionnaire means a certificate in form satisfactory to Collateral Agent that provides information with respect to the personal or mixed property of each Credit Party.

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Schedule of Receivables means the Schedule of Receivables sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement which is attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
