Collateral Data definition

Collateral Data means, with respect to Intellectual Property consisting of databases and data compilations, all facts and information stored or included in such data bases or data compilations arising from or with respect to all or any portion of the Collateral.
Collateral Data shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 4.1.
Collateral Data means the loan level data and the aggregate data regarding the Contracts indicated on Exhibit L.

  • The information contained in the Collateral Data Record is true, correct and complete.

  • Trustor shall make available to the Collateral Agent each Business Day the Obligation Amount in accordance with Section 2.1, and Collateral shall be entitled to, and shall endeavor to, receive from Securities Intermediary each Business Day the Collateral Data File in accordance with Section 2.2. Based on the preceding, the Collateral Agent shall provide written notice to Trustor of any Collateral excess or deficiency and Trustor shall act in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2(b) and 2.2(c).

  • The Uniform Collateral Data Portal (“UCDP”) is a joint GSE portal for the electronic collection of appraisal data.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, subject to the restrictions expressly provided above, the Collateral License permits the Collateral Agent and its agents to access and use, solely in the exercise of rights and remedies under Article VI hereof, all the Grantors’ databases and data compilations in which all or any portion of any Collateral Data is stored.

  • As part of the Reporting Service, we will only submit Valuation Data and Collateral Data (if applicable) for the Relevant Transactions that you have specified in Annex 3 and the reporting of this Valuation Data and Collateral Data will be subject to the additional terms and conditions in this Clause 4 and the additional representations and warranties in Clause 5.

  • In respect of each Relevant Transaction that is not cleared through a CCP: The Valuation Data that we report on your behalf will based on our own valuation; and The Collateral Data that we report on your behalf will be based on our record of the collateral portfolio that you have posted to us (in the currency that we, in our absolute discretion, deem appropriate).

  • Borrower shall initiate a request for an Advance by delivering to Lender, electronically or in writing, a Collateral Data Record for each Mortgage Loan intended to secure an Advance not later than the Advance Request Deadline; provided, however, that Borrower shall provide Lender not fewer than one (1) Business Days notice if Borrower intends to borrower an Advance or Advances equal to or greater than ten million dollars ($10,000,000).

  • Licensee may designate one or more agents (including appraisal management companies and outsource providers) to use the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (including CDDS and related APIs) on Licensee’s behalf.

Related to Collateral Data

  • Additional Collateral Documents as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.

  • ABL Collateral Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or modified from time to time.

  • Collateral Document means any Security and Pledge Agreement, any Mortgage or any other agreement or document delivered pursuant hereto or in connection herewith pursuant to which the Secured Parties or any Agent or other Person on behalf of the Secured Parties is granted a Lien to secure any Obligations.
