Collateral Data definition

Collateral Data means, with respect to Intellectual Property consisting of databases and data compilations, all facts and information stored or included in such data bases or data compilations arising from or with respect to all or any portion of the Collateral.

  • The information contained in the Collateral Data Record is true, correct and complete.

  • Trustor shall make available to the Collateral Agent each Business Day the Obligation Amount in accordance with Section 2.1, and Collateral shall be entitled to, and shall endeavor to, receive from Securities Intermediary each Business Day the Collateral Data File in accordance with Section 2.2.   • Licensee may designate one or more agents (including appraisal management companies and outsource providers) to use the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (including CDDS and related APIs) on Licensee’s behalf.

Related to Collateral Data

  • Additional Collateral Documents as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.
