Collateral Assignment of Lease definition

Collateral Assignment of Lease means any Collateral Assignment of Tenant's Rights in Lease in substantially the form of Exhibit A executed by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in favor of the Common Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Creditors.
