Collateral Assignment of Construction Documents means the Collateral Assignment of Construction Documents, dated as of the date hereof, between Lessor, Lessee and Construction Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Construction Agency Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Participation Agreement.
