Collateral Account Funds definition

Collateral Account Funds means, collectively, the following: all funds (including all trust monies) and investments (including all cash equivalents) credited to, or purchased with funds from, any Collateral Account and all certificates and instruments from time to time representing or evidencing such investments; all Money, notes, certificates of deposit, checks and other instruments from time to time hereafter delivered to or otherwise possessed by the Administrative Agent for or on behalf of any Grantor in substitution for, or in addition to, any or all of the Collateral; and all interest, dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received in, receivable or otherwise distributed to the Collateral Account in respect of or in exchange for any or all of the items constituting Collateral.
Collateral Account Funds means, collectively, the following: all funds (including all trust monies) and investments (including all cash equivalents) credited to, or purchased with funds from, any Collateral Account or the Dominion Account, as the case may be, and all certificates and instruments from time to time representing or evidencing such investments; all Money, notes, certificates of deposit, checks and other instruments from time to time hereafter delivered to or otherwise possessed by the Administrative Agent for or on behalf of any Grantor in substitution for, or in addition to, any or all of the Collateral; and all interest, dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of or in exchange for any or all of the items constituting Collateral.
Collateral Account Funds means, collectively, the funds on deposit in any or all of the Collateral Accounts, including the Reserve/Escrow Account Funds.

  • Bank hereby subordinates to the security interest of Secured Party in the Collateral Accounts (i) any security interest which Bank may have or acquire in the Collateral Accounts, and (ii) any right which Bank may have or acquire to set off or otherwise apply any Collateral Account Funds against the payment of any indebtedness from time to time owing to Bank from Company, except for debits to the Collateral Accounts permitted under this Agreement for the payment of Returned Item Amounts or Bank Fees.
