Collaborative Effort, definition

Collaborative Effort, as used herein, means a Project which the parties mutually agree in writing shall be called a Collaborative Effort, for which the parties shall designate a Lead Collaborator, and for which the parties shall designate a party in which the legal title to the intellectual property rights shall vest.
Collaborative Effort, means research and development undertaken by the parties based upon mutually agreed upon product targets, timelines, strategies, division of responsibilities, allocation of resources, and funding.
Collaborative Effort, means research and development undertaken jointly in the Field by the parties based upon plans and projects mutually agreed by the Joint Research Committee.
