Collaborative communication means a statement, whether oral or in a record (written) or verbal or nonverbal, that occurs between the time the Clients engaged their respective collaborative lawyers who are signatories to this collaborative participation agreement and the time when the Clients have or should have a reasonable belief that a collaborative process is terminated or is concluded by negotiated resolution of a matter; and is made for the purposes of convening, conducting, participating in, continuing, or reconvening a collaborative process.
