COHC definition

COHC means the Central Oregon Health Council which is “dedicated to improving the health of the region and providing oversight of the Medicaid population and Coordinated Care Organization (CCO)”;

  • The COHC voted to support QIM-related positions within Health Plan and area providers.

  • These funds do not represent any other payment due to You under any other contract with the COHC.

  • The Custodial Services will be performed at various locations on University’s premises designated in COHC Floor Plans (collectively, "Service Areas") in accordance with the schedule specified in the Statement of Work.

  • No funds will be disbursed until the COHC receives the executed version of this LOA and an invoice from You.
