Cognate will be entitled to “piggyback” registration rights, with respect to all unregistered conversion shares issued hereunder and all other shares and securities of NW Bio owned by Cognate and its affiliates, in any registrations effected by NW Bio until all such shares and securities have been registered.
The Manufacturing Services do not include any services after product release at Cognate’s cGMP manufacturing facility and delivery by Cognate to the shipping company.
