Coffee Bar means an retail food service establishment where coffee, hot tea or other hot beverages are sold which do not require any mixing, preparation or handling beyond the combining of a mix or a powder with hot water.

Examples of Coffee Bar in a sentence

  • Bakery Department Manager, Food Service Department Manager, Floral Department Manager, Meat Department Manager, Deli Manager, Coffee Bar Operator, Health and Wellness Manager Employees assigned to relieve any of the Managers above for a period of one (1) day or more shall receive seventy (70¢) cents per hour in addition to their hourly rate of pay.

  • Back-up, relief or filling of a vacancy shall only apply to the Assistant Store Management, Deli, Meat, Produce, Bakery, Floral, Seafood and Coffee Bar Departments and new departments, as mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union.

  • Employees assigned to relieve the Coffee Bar Operator will be paid a premium of one dollar fifty ($1.50) cents per hour when assigned to relieve for a period of one (1) week or more.

  • The Coffee Bar Department will be treated as a separate department within the store and will be subject to all the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement except that employees of the Coffee Bar cannot transfer out of that department and employees of other departments cannot transfer into the Coffee Bar operation.
