Code of Ethics and Conduct definition

Code of Ethics and Conduct means the “Code of Ethics of the Nassau County Interim Finance Authority” dated May 4, 2006, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

If, in addition to the above activities, an employee assistance program provides diagnostic and treatment services, these services shall in all cases be provided by the program.
