Drawings and specifications are to be reviewed by the State's approved Code Review Agents at the appropriate phases and with the required information as described in the attached Code Compliance Reviews, Exhibit D.
Design Materials will be subject to Code Compliance Reviews by Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
The Project contemplates the following three (3) types of reviews: (i) Code Compliance Review(s); (ii) Performance Criteria Review(s); and (iii) Peer Review(s).
For Code Compliance Reviews, the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction will have final authority of code interpretations and that authority’s interpretation shall be binding on Design Build Entity.
