COC Shipper definition
COC Shipper means a certificate issued by the quality assurance staff of Supplier confirming that such Materials comply with the Quality Plan as approved by IAI, e.g., that the Materials were visually inspected, manufacturer COT was compared against the procurement Spec., the Materials were lab tested (if required), purchased from Approved Source, the COC and COT of Manufacturer are kept at Shipper's files, and the "Shipper COC" is signed by an IAI approved quality inspector.
