CoC Protection Period definition

CoC Protection Period means the period commencing sixty (60) days prior to a Change of Control and ending twenty-four months after the date upon which a Change of Control occurs.”
CoC Protection Period means, in the event that a COC occurs during the Term, the period commencing on the date of a Change of Control and ending two years following the Change of Control.

  • Retention Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.
