Cobia Business definition

Cobia Business means the business as currently conducted by the Cobia Contributor Group of (i) the research and development, production, distribution and sale of cellulose acetate tow used mainly for cigarette filters manufacturing, (ii) the research, development, production and sale of cellulose acetate flake and (iii) the research and development, production, distribution of rods incorporating CelFX® filter technology for use in cigarette filtration applications. For the avoidance of doubt, “Cobia Business” excludes the business of the research and development, production, distribution and sale of cellulose diacetate films.
