  • In addition, COAF hereby acknowledges and agrees that for so long as the Notes are outstanding, the Indenture Trustee will have the right to exercise all powers, privileges and claims of the Purchaser under this Agreement.

  • No notice to or demand on the Purchaser or COAF in any case shall entitle it to any notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.

  • The limited rights of recourse specified herein against COAF are intended to provide a remedy for breach of representations and warranties relating to the condition of the property sold, rather than to the collectibility of the Receivables.
