Co-operation Period definition

Co-operation Period means the period between the date of this Co- operation Agreement and the End Date;
Co-operation Period means the period of twelve (12) years from the later of the Target Completion Date and the Completion Date, as the same may be extended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof;
Co-operation Period means the period of one (1) year from the later of the Target Completion Dates and the Completion Dates, as the same may be extended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof;

  • This Agreement will terminate upon the expiration of the Cooperation Period.

  • Two-week Cooperation Period To be eligible for TANF: When a TANF grant closes within three months prior to the new filing date and at least one adult in the household is actively disqualified at the time of case closure, the disqualified adult must complete a two- week cooperation period before TANF is opened unless one of the following is true: • The disqualified person is now JOBS-exempt; • The department determines good cause for not requiring the two-week cooperation period.

  • This Agreement shall terminate on the expiry of the Cooperation Period.

  • Employee and the Company agree to sign a form of release as set forth at Attachment B of the Transition Agreement following the completion of the Cooperation Period.

Related to Co-operation Period

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Acquisition Period means any period commencing on the date that a Material Acquisition is consummated through and including the last day of the second full fiscal quarter following the date on which such acquisition is consummated; provided that there shall be at least one full fiscal quarter between any two Acquisition Periods.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Covenant Testing Period means a period (a) commencing on the last day of the fiscal quarter of Borrower most recently ended prior to a Covenant Trigger Event for which Borrower is required to deliver to Administrative Agent quarterly or annual financial statements pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement, and (b) continuing through and including the first day after such Covenant Trigger Event that Availability has equaled or exceeded the greater of (i) 10% of the Borrowing Limit, and (ii) $15,000,000 for 60 consecutive calendar days.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.5(d)(i);
