Co-Obligor definition

Co-Obligor has the meaning specified in Section 10.1(c).
Co-Obligor means Endo Xxxxx Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Co-Obligor means each Subsidiary Guarantor on the Closing Date and each Subsidiary Guarantor that becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.10.
