Co-Develop definition

Co-Develop when used as a verb, means to engage in such Co-Development.
Co-Develop means the joint development of a Collaboration Compound as described in Article 3.7.
Co-Develop or “Co-Developed” means to engage in joint technical co-design and co-product development with a contractual commitment for substantial Intel engineering resources and high volume production.

  • As stated in greater detail in this Article 3, the Parties will Co-Develop each Collaboration Product in the Field throughout the Territory pursuant to a Development Plan and will share equally the associated Development Costs.

Co-Develop means Development of Licensed Product for DVT under an arrangement wherein 3DP pays for all Development costs or where 3DP and Centocor share Development costs for Development of Licensed Product for DVT in accordance with Section 4.7.
