Co-Contractor definition
Co-Contractor means collectively, S&W (in its capacity as a Contractor under the EPC Contract and/or as a member of the Consortium) and its Subsidiaries.
Examples of Co-Contractor in a sentence
Each such notice shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit D (a “Notice of Borrowing”) and shall include the other certifications and information and attachments required thereby related to such proposed Borrowing to the extent applicable (including a copy of the Co-Contractor Invoice in respect of Borrowings other than for Non-▇▇▇▇ Costs).
Nothing in this Agreement, including the preceding sentence, shall, however, release any claim any Borrower may have against the Co-Contractor (and any Person providing credit support for the Co-Contractor’s obligations), whether in connection with the EPC Contract, Pre-FNTP Task Order (as defined in the EPC Contract), or otherwise.
